Cathedral Expansion Project

In the month of October year 2015, this great project of the Cathedral expansion in Mityana Diocese was begun. For those that are always in Mityana and around have seen all these steps happening but if you are not a usual visitor you would think that the work is done both day and night because it is really moving at a terrific speed. But all this has come in existence under the regime of Bishop Steven Kazimba Mugalu who came up with such a great idea of expanding the Cathedral so that it can accommodate each and everyone at all occasions. We wish to extend our sincere gratitude to all who have contributed to this great work both in and outside Uganda and also encourage you not to cease giving because a lot is still needed to see that we come to a completion of this great project which expect to complete and open by October 2018.
